Technical Competence
Strong understanding of MSP technology stacks, including Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, security, and RMM/PSA platforms. Certifications are a plus, but real-world experience matters more.
Self-Direction
Comfortable operating without hand-holding. Given context and tools, you identify what needs to be done, execute effectively, and escalate intelligently when required.
Operational Mindset
Clear grasp of MSP operations: ticketing workflows, SLA management, documentation standards, and client communication expectations.
Professional Communication
