Role Overview

Centralized Services Engineers operate behind the scenes, supporting ElastiQ's operational delivery infrastructure. This role focuses on repeatable operational tasks, platform hygiene, reporting support, documentation alignment, and delivery enablement across multiple MSP relationships.

You're not embedded within a single MSP. You're not working in client-facing ticket queues. You're not executing project-based work. Instead, you're ensuring that the operational foundation supporting embedded teams and MSP clients remains clean, consistent, and well-maintained.

This role is built for engineers who prefer operational consistency, structured workflows, and quality assurance over variety and client interaction.

Responsibilities

  • Execute scheduled platform maintenance, hygiene tasks, and operational reviews across MSP environments

  • Support documentation alignment, ensuring technical notes and operational records meet quality standards

  • Assist with reporting workflows, data validation, and operational metrics collection

  • Perform quality assurance on technical deliverables produced by embedded engineering teams

  • Manage tooling configurations, automation scripts, and platform integrations that support delivery operations

  • Collaborate with Principal Engineers and operational leadership on process improvements and standardization initiatives

Requirements & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of MSP experience with a background in documentation, QA, tooling, reporting, or operational support

  • Strong technical foundation in Microsoft 365, Azure, and MSP platform ecosystems

  • Experience with PSA/RMM platforms, automation tools, scripting (PowerShell, Python), and API integrations

  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to operational accuracy

  • Comfortable working independently on structured, repeatable tasks without constant oversight

  • Process-oriented mindset with a focus on consistency, quality, and operational hygiene

Previous experience in MSP operations, service delivery management, or technical QA roles is highly valued.
